We’re teaming up with Synergy Athletics to offer a free presentation on the importance of proper running form and training schedules to improve running performance and to help reduce injury.  The topic of cross-training as part ofa training schedule will also be discussed.  Bryon Palmer, personal trainer for Synergy, and Tom Ryan, running extraordinaire, will have short presentations followed by a social hour.

There will be food/beverages available for purchase, a Questions & Answers session, and FREE RAFFLE GIVEAWAYS!
